PRIVACY POLICY
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
1.1.These privacy policy rules (hereinafter the Rules) explains how GETCOURSE SYSTEM LLC (hereinafter GETCOURSE) collects, uses, shares, and protects user information obtained through the GETCOURSE website. The terms “we”, “us” and/or “our” refer to GETCOURSE and its affiliates.
1.2.When we ask for certain personal information from users it is because we are required by law to collect this information or it is relevant for specified purposes.
1.3.On occasion, we may revise the Rules to reflect changes in law or our personal data collection and use practices. We publish the amendments on our website. We can inform you by e-mail about any major amendments in the Rules, but the safest choice would be to regularly visit our website in order to read the updated and effective privacy information. We will ask for your consent before using your information for any purpose that is not covered in these Rules.
1.4.By processing client’s personal data GETCOURSE abides to following general principles:
1.4.1. Lawfulness. GETCOURSE shall only process personal data if the client has given their permission for the processing, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, processing is required by law or any other basis for lawful processing exists.
1.4.2. Fairness. The client has the right to request GETCOURSE information on the data being processed as well as when the basis for processing does not exist anymore.
1.4.3. Transparency. The client has the right and GETCOURSE is obliged to provide the client information about their data being processed. GETCOURSE has the obligation to provide data on how the data is being processed.
1.4.4. Purpose limitation. GETCOURSE shall only process data which is necessary for providing services to the client or which are necessary for conducting GETCOURSE’s daily activities.
1.4.5. Minimisation. GETCOURSE shall erase all data, if it is unnecessary for provision of their services and/or if the reason for processing has disappeared.
1.4.6. Accuracy. GETCOURSE shall ensure, that the data regarding the client is accurate and up-to-date. The client shall have the right to demand erasure or rectification of incorrect data.
1.4.7. Storage limitation. Client data will be processed only for the time necessary. The storage period can depend on the specific purpose, agreements with the client or the requirements arising from the law, i.e. the obligations arising from anti-money laundering, bookkeeping, civil law acts.
1.4.8. Integrity and confidentiality. As GETCOURSE processes data which is considered as sensitive data, GETCOURSE obliges to provide higher diligence in technical and legal measures taken to ensure the protection and confidentiality of such data.
1.4.9. Accountability. GETCOURSE undertakes to fulfil the obligations herein and is responsible and liable for ensuring the processing of the client’s data on the terms set forth herein.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1.When you create a GETCOURSE account, you provide us with personal information that includes your contact information (Email Address, name, and a password).
2.2.The personal data we may collect is following
2.2.1. Email address and phone number;
2.2.2. Full name;
2.2.3. Personal photo;
2.2.4. Date of birth;
2.2.5. Residential address;
2.2.6. Social network accounts (if any);
2.2.7. Additional Personal Data or documentation at the discretion of our Compliance Team
2.3.Through your use of the GETCOURSE platform, we also monitor and collect tracking information related to usage such as access date & time, device identification, operating system, browser type and IP address. This information may be directly obtained by GETCOURSE or through third party services. This service usage data helps us our systems to ensure that our interface is accessible for users across all platforms and can aid during criminal investigations.
2.4.For all personal and enterprise user accounts, we collect transaction information including deposit snapshots, account balances, trade history, withdrawals, order activity and distribution history. This transaction data is monitored for suspicious trading activity for user fraud protection, and legal case resolution.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
3.1.We use Personal Data to communicate with you and to administer, deliver, improve, and personalize the Service. We might also generate generic data out of any Personal Data we collect and use it for our own purposes. We may also use such data to communicate with you in relation to other products or services offered by GETCOURSE and/or its partners. We do not share your Personal Data with third parties (other than partners in connection with their services to GETCOURSE) except where you have given your consent and further detailed below.
3.2.We may share your Personal Data to the following third parties:

3.2.2. government agencies, including regulators, law enforcement and/or justice departments;
3.2.3. service providers and specialist advisers who have been contracted to provide us with administrative, financial, research, operational, IT or other services, such as telecommunications, information technology, storage and archival;
3.2.4. anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and obligations;
3.2.5. banks, credit card companies and their respective service providers; and any other party as may be consented to by you, as specified by that individual or in the applicable contract.
4. HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of your country. It may also be processed by staff operating outside of Europe who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
5. ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
5.1.You have the right to obtain a copy of your Personal Data upon request and ascertain whether the information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your Personal Data is inaccurate, you may request to update your information. 5.2.In response to data access, correction, or deletion request, we will verify the requesting party’s identity to ensure that he or she is legally entitled to make such request. While we aim to respond to these requests free of charge, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee should your request be repetitive or onerous.
6. MARKETING
6.1.We may communicate company news, promotions, and information relating to our products and services provided by GETCOURSE. We may share Personal Data with third parties to help us with our marketing and promotional projects, or sending marketing communications. By using GETCOURSE, you accept these Rules and you agree to receive such marketing communications.
6.2.Customers can opt out from these marketing communications at any moment. If you do not want to receive these communications, please send an email to info@get-course.de
6.3.For product related communications, such as policy/terms updates and operational notifications, you will not be able to opt out of receiving such information.
7. Retention of Personal Data
7.1.GETCOURSE does not retain the personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed or for the purposes of applicable law.
7.2.The personal data processing log is retained for five years.
7.3.Accounting records containing the personal data are kept for seven years from the end of the financial year to which they relate.

9. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
9.1.In order to protect personal data and information that allows for identification, which you enter in our online environment, we use physical, technical and administrative protection measures. We regularly update and test our protection technologies. Our online networks are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection software. Access to your personal data is available only to the employees who need it for the purpose of providing you with the agreed service or on another legal ground.
9.2.We take sufficient measures to protect your personal data and our activity is subject to relevant information security legislation, but we would like to point out that no website or database is fully secure or hacking-proof. Protect yourself and help us prevent computer crime by protecting and keeping your passwords very carefully. Our online environment does not use spyware.
